Geojit Credits Pvt. Ltd. (GCPL) is a Non-Deposit taking Non-banking Finance Company (NBFC – ND) registered with RBI and is a subsidiary of Geojit Financial Services Ltd.
History
GCPL was established in 2005 by taking over the business of the erstwhile A S R Financing & Leasing (P) Limited. The company has been active in meeting the funding needs of participants in the capital and commodity markets.

C. J. GEORGE
MANAGING DIRECTOR, GEOJIT CREDITS PVT. LTD.
C. J. George is the founder and Managing Director of Geojit Financial Services Ltd, which was established in 1987 in partnership with Ranajit Kanjilal, who later retired from the firm. C.J. George who has a master’s in Commerce has over 35 years of experience in the capital markets industry.
A Certified Financial Planner, C J George has presented numerous papers related to the industry in seminars at national and international forums. He frequently contributes articles to financial publications and serves as a guest faculty at reputed management institutes.
His directorships other than in Geojit group companies include Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (KSIDC), V-Guard Industries, Aster DM Healthcare and Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management. Mr. George has memberships in many professional bodies and is at present a member of The Syndicate of Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), member of the expert committee for designing ESG policies for Government of Kerala, the Managing Committee Member of the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), New Delhi, Advisory Committee Member of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), Mumbai, and a member of Confederation of Indian Industry’s (CII) National Committee on Financial Markets.
RAMANATHAN BUPATHY

R Bupathy is the founding partner of Chennai-based Chartered Accountants firm R. Bupathy & Co.
Mr. Bupathy graduated in Commerce and is a Fellow Member and Former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds directorship in Geojit Technologies Private Limited and Geojit Financial Services Limited.
ARAVINDAKSHAN. K

Aravindakshan. K, nominee director of KSIDC is working as Assistant General Manager at the Kochi Regional office of KSIDC. He has been with KSIDC for last 17 years and has rich experience in Project Finance, Investment promotion, Venture Capital and Infrastructure development. He is an Associate Member of Institute of Cost of Accountants of India, qualified in 1993. He has a master’s degree in Commerce with specialization in Financial Management. His career started with Malabar Cements Ltd, a leading State PSU in Kerala for about 2 years. He was CEO of Kerala Venture Capital Fund for the period 2007-2010, mainly responsible for disinvestments. Presently he has been appointed by the Government of Kerala as Special Officer for revival of Aluminium Industries Ltd as additional charge.
RADHAKRISHNAN NAIR

Radhakrishnan Nair was the General Manager of Corporation Bank and has four decades of rich experience in the financial sector. He was the Executive Director at Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) during 2005-10 and a member of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) during 2010-15. He serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Geojit Financial Services Limited, ICICI Bank Ltd, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd, ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Ltd and Inditrade Capital Limited among other companies.
